The first ever Women and Minorities in Technology Conference (WAMIT) was held April 3-4, 2018. The conference aimed to provide women and minorities with information on emerging technologies, promoting diversity and equality in the field of technology.
We here at Wilson Dutra were on hand to give a presentation focused on increasing an employee’s value in their workplace. The thought was that if employees are able to identify what might be beneficial to their employers, they can meaningfully contribute to their workplace. On the flipside, if employers see employees paying closer attention to intellectual property, organizations may be able to make that a focus for growth in the future. We answered a lot of questions from those in attendance and had a great time at WAMIT.
We look forward to attending WAMIT again next year!
